I have been working at Equitable full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

The pay is competitive, most employees are empowered to make their own decisions (depending on dept manager), matching 401K, very generous PTO days, most departments work from home a few days per week, very diverse and inclusive environment, best employer I've ever had.

    Cons

There are no cons that I can think of. Employment experience varies based on individual department management.

    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Equitable full-time for more than a year

    Pros

PTO and Benefits Package is okay compared to the Industry

    Cons

Talent is weak and Leadership focuses on short-term. No transparency with lots of politics at the top focusing on personal incentives. Little to no vision at the department levels. Goals are ambiguous and accountability is lacking
