Some team members and leads are helpful and supportive. The work can be steady and predictable once you understand the process.

Training can feel overwhelming because there are many clients, portals, rules, and exceptions. Workload can become high, especially near deadlines. Processes and instructions may change often. The role requires strong attention to detail, and small mistakes can become stressful. Pay may feel low compared to the amount of responsibility and complexity. Communication and expectations are not always as clear as they could be.
