      Incredible growth Dynamic environment with room for learning and mistakes Company chewing up market share from Dyson Powerful direct to consumer business model

      The company has a fundamental lack of processes which have resulted in senior executives making virtually all decisions. Growth driven by entry to mid-level team members that book long hours. High turnover negatively impacts employee morale.
