The company has a genuinely inclusive culture where people feel welcomed and supported. Work/life balance is excellent, and being a fully remote team adds a lot of flexibility and convenience. My coworkers are consistently kind, collaborative, and always willing to help, which makes day-to-day work much more enjoyable.

Cons

Some processes are still being defined, which can occasionally lead to ambiguity or a lack of clarity in how certain tasks should be approached. As the company continues to grow and mature, I think more structure and documentation will help streamline workflows and improve overall efficiency.

Your ideas get heard. - The culture is very positive, it feels like everyone cares - The work is fun and interesting, challenging in the best ways. The company's still young enough you can make a big positive impact - You're encouraged to be able to attend events and take the time off that you need
