-comparable pay to other same positions. -work from home. -responsiveness to email. -Other CHC do care. -meaningfulness of the work.

Cons

-New management out of touch with the work. -New management out of touch with employees. -New management stripped employees of all benefits in choosing shifts, allowing chc to change shifts, and the ability to feel safe in the workplace. -Lack of any consideration from upper management regarding the emotional intensity of the work. -Lack of willingness to change, Management doesn't take any suggestions from staff.
