      Pros

      Great Team, we have a team that works together for the most part. New operations manager is great. Really cares and helps.

      Cons

      Besides the people on your department nobody else will be friendly. There is a huge difference between departments. CEO will not say hi to you if you happen to walk by him. I'm sure he feels superior

      Pros

      Hours are consistent and you will always get paid on time. Hours are somewhat flexible. Decent amount of holiday and vacation days.

      Cons

      Pay is not great. Every position is dead end. No room for growth. Don't expect a raise or a promotion but do expect more responsibilities.

      Easy work, not much required of you, management leaves you alone for the most part as long as you do your job

      Cons

      Not much to learn, hard to grow as it is a small company. On call sucks and will drain you. Sometimes its hard to get answers to problems that are beyond your control.
