The sexual discrimination comes from the top... It is very well known that this is a woman owned company and it is thrown in your face if you are a male employee. The female employees have also been known to utilize a team building against a male employee that they do not like and try to file sexual harassment with no proof. The company has no idea what they are doing for the future. They have the tendency to change her mind at the drop of a dime and not inform the management staff. People are left lost in knowledge. The pay is low for the positions, unless you are a person that kisses butt. They says they don't care for butt kissers, but the people that do stick around are just that! Cannot make up their mind on real estate. Always talk about selling this property, buying this property, moving to this property..... ugh - enough!

Very unorganized, wont give raises but spends an absurd amount of money on buying more real estate for more offices that are less than 50% occupied because of high turnover. Because of the high turnover, you were forced to take on more work because the owner is too cheap to hire a replacement. The water and internet would constantly get turned off due to non payment. Business practices, or the lack there of, are a joke. Only 2 out of 30 people in the whole company know what they are doing which is the customer service manager and supervisor. Dont let the interview fool or persuade you into working for them because it is full of broken promises.
