    Pros

    I have never encountered a company that made me feel so welcome and inspired from day one! All of the employees really do act in collaboration and are quick to help you succeed. Highly ethical. Always innovating and investing for growth. Extremely employee friendly.

    You need to be aware before you apply for this job that it is a high-paced environment and that you will spend nights and weekends working overtime. If you are looking for a balance work/life job this is not what your are looking for.     Advice to Management

    Provide the work/life balance that your employees deserve and you will have less turnover and more motivated and happy employees. Also, do not sell more that you can delivery, because you will be sacrificing yours employees lives which is not fair.

    It is a great company where everyone wants you to succeed. The management offers different ways for you to broaden your skillset. Work life balance is amazing as well. Since the company is growing, there is a lot of potential for you to grow as well.

      - Smaller firm - benefits may not be as robust as larger more established companies with scale - Less seasoned workforce in a variety of positions

      Advice to Management

      Continue to look at all your processes to ensure they are working as designed. Continue to focus on the employee experience - it will go along away to ensure the talent that walks in the door stays in the building longer term. Build buy-in all all levels for the people initiatives.
