Pros

Not really any. Joes Pizza is around the corner, so that’s nice. Tour guides can be pretty cool people.

Cons

Long, draining hours and having to work weird hours during the weekends. Office is tiny and have to deal with CEO micromanaging you, as he sits right in the office with you. He even employs his wife to work for him and treats her weirdly. Dealing with being screamed at by entitled clients on a daily basis. No benefits or PTO. Dealing with the cold elements during winter. Corporate WeWorks building is soul-sucking and isolating.

Pros

1.Endless Entertainment: With management's constant stream of bizarre ideas and pointless meetings, you'll never run out of things to laugh (or cry) about. 2.Incredible Learning Experience: Witness firsthand how not to run a company, providing invaluable lessons in what to avoid in your future career. 3.Flexible Roles: With management’s lack of direction, you can end up doing anything from sales to underwater basket weaving tours.

Cons

Leadership Chaos: Management is a revolving door of cluelessness, making direction and stability nonexistent. Endless Meetings: You're expected to attend an absurd number of pointless meetings – if you're not drowning in them, you're clearly not doing your job right. Demoralizing Culture: The overwhelming sense of dread and frustration among employees creates a toxic work environment. Clueless HR Department: Their endless blunders and "drink the Kool-Aid" mentality mean you can roam free – they're so lost, they'd need a walking tour guide to find their way through their own procedures (or lack there of).

Pros

Almost none, but fun when you work outdoors on a nice day.

Cons

Low salary, no benefits, awful & sexist leadership & tour guides, operates on favoritism, every process is manual, lack of investment in better tools & people.
