Pros

Nothing is good here. Period

Cons

A lot of cons. Compnay micormanages, it puts pressure of sales / conversion on you even thouh that is not you role, you'll be wearing multiple hats, you'll be crreative strategist, as well as video editor and graphic designer, you need to manage the client and make sure all of their whims gets fulfilled even though it could be the worst thing you can do for the client account, people there play politics and act like you know nothing and they know evething, the management always come up with bad ideas to exectue and mess things up, the COO is just terrible, he acts sweet but he is not, you don't get paid fairely, you don't get stipend for laptop or internet use, you've to do everything on you own. you nned to have stable internet and good laptop of yourself to work, they steal or don't give credits, no performance bonus or anything is provided

Pros

1. Fast-Growing Company with Ambitious Vision We’re scaling quickly and building a reputation in the performance marketing space, especially for coaches and consultants. 2. Ownership-Driven Culture Team members are encouraged to take initiative, lead projects, and contribute ideas beyond their role. 3. Diverse Learning Opportunities Exposure to real client accounts, ad spend, funnels, video editing, copywriting, and high-ticket sales strategies — all under one roof. 4. Supportive Leadership & Mentorship Leadership is approachable and invested in team growth, offering personal guidance, resources, and clear performance feedback. 5. Creative Freedom + Tech-Enabled Systems We use AI, automation, and advanced tools to streamline delivery, freeing up time for creativity and strategic thinking. 6. Remote + Hybrid Flexibility Work is outcome-oriented — productivity matters more than time spent online.

Cons

1. High Expectations & Fast-Paced Environment Not ideal for those who need micromanagement or struggle with self-discipline — we expect team members to solve problems, not wait for instructions. 2. Still Building Robust Systems Some internal processes and documentation are a work-in-progress — there’s opportunity to improve and contribute, but it may feel chaotic to those used to rigid corporate setups. 3. Flat Structure = Ambiguity at Times We believe in empowering leaders early, but that also means the clarity of hierarchy and job descriptions may not always be perfect. 4. Not for Those Seeking a ‘Chill’ Job This is not a 9-5 — we’re building something meaningful. There are sprints and crunch periods that require extra commitment.
