Pros

None. The fact that they pay on time isn't considered a pro. Peanut salaries.

Cons

Toxic workplace toxic management and too much gaslighting

Pros

I had a very positive experience working at Express Publishing as an Editor. The company offers a professional and collaborative environment, with supportive colleagues and strong teamwork across departments. I particularly appreciated the opportunity to work on a variety of educational projects and gain valuable experience within the ELT publishing industry. The pace can be demanding at times, especially during busy production periods, but this also helped me develop my organisational and communication skills significantly. Management was approachable, and there was always a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement. Overall, it was a great learning experience and an excellent environment for anyone interested in educational publishing.

Cons

Overall, my experience at Express Publishing was generally positive, and I do not have anything particularly negative to highlight. As with any fast-paced working environment, there were periods of increased workload and pressure, especially around deadlines, but this is expected within the publishing industry. The team was supportive, and I gained valuable professional experience during my time with the company.
