Toxic Work Culture & Unfair Bond Policy – Think Twice Before Joining! I worked here under a two-year bond, and it turned out to be the worst work culture I’ve ever experienced. Management frequently raises their voice without any valid reason, creating a stressful and demotivating environment. There’s no respect for employees, and the overall atmosphere feels toxic and unsupportive. If you plan to leave before completing the bond period, be prepared to pay a heavy amount. I was forced to pay ₹1,10,000 just to get my experience letter, which felt completely unfair. Instead of valuing people, the company seems more focused on enforcing strict and unreasonable policies.
