I worked at Extreme Learning part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Decent to work while attending college. People with bachelor gets paid a lot better. Very chill and relaxing to work at.

    Cons

Need better management, there's too many people slacking off and there's no benefit

I have been working at Extreme Learning full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Rapid and simple hiring process due to high employee turnover, opportunities to practice Spanish with ESL students.

    Cons

Shady labor practices: company was successfully sued for violating state break laws, employees are laid off with zero notice, and overly competent employees are selectively driven out to minimize threats to middle management.

I worked at Extreme Learning part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Extremely easy work for decent pay. As long as you know basic math and grammar skills, you can do this job.

    Cons

You have to drive all over the county. The work isn't steady. It's a seasonal job.

I worked at Extreme Learning part-time

    Pros

The kids were great. The textbooks were well done.

    Cons

Abysmal training. Not enough computers for each child to have his/her own. Same with textbooks. Not enough supplies for the kids (pencils especially). Overworked supervisors who just seem to accept the lack of resources and tell you to "work around them". I would never want to be a full time employee!!!!!

    Advice to Management

Spend some money to get the kids what you promised them: textbooks, pencils and computers that work. Provide real training; not sink or swim.

    Pros

The only great thing about this company is it's social atmosphere.

    Cons

It pays next to nothing, the workload is unreasonable, stress unbearable.

    Advice to Management

Stop contradicting yourselves and please lead by example.

    Advice to Management

Listen to employees wants and needs.
