      Not what I can think of now...

      Cons

      They hire some foreigners and say diversity is one of their cultural values, but the environment is very Chinese. Most management team staff have been working in the company for more than 10 years, so they have a narrow vision without a lot of experience from outside of the company. HR is very unprofessional.
