Pros
100% remote, small team, autonomy in work schedule/flow, and the CEO is great in that she allowed for flexibility in phone scripting and feedback from the appointment setting team about clients. I remember we also got two weeks off in December.
Cons
Monotony in call-placing; you have to power through quite a number or B2B cold calls and get through sometimes hostile gatekeepers.
