Very old school with domination of male german leadership

Work is not that much, lots of manual steps

Cons

There were some domination of german male leadership, heard 3 women lead were fired within a few months period, work is not structured, you need to find out yourself how to do the job. Sometimes the manager didnt have experience, but got promoted due to connection. Toxic if you are not part of the inner circle, but nice you can be part of them, basically you dont have anything to do.
