    Positive Outlook

I have been working at FCER part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great pay for minimal work (at some facilities), the job is simple and the people are great. Training is good and the company takes care of you when it comes to scrub stipends and shots.

    Cons

Always changing; not always for the better. A little unorganized and will make changes to management and even close facilities with little notice. Grew way too fast and are now suffering.
