Cons

Lead painter will try to manipulate you into working every weekend. 1st thing he will ask you….., Do you like working overtime? He will have the manager to write you up if you do not want to work overtime.

Cons

Terrible pay. Terrible leadership. Terrible training programs. can't find a supervisor when you need one. Terrible culture and attitudes. Co-workers like rating how loud farts are. Not much room for advancement as the supervisors have been there for years and don't make enough to retire.
