Pros

Most of the people are nice and do their jobs competently.

Cons

They're trying to be a serious company but fall short in many ways. They implemented a joke of a bonus system, then increased the goal so no one could get a bonus. They're obsessed with integrating AI but they don't really know why or what they'll use it for. A lot of seat fillers who push papers and send emails to each other and are called "program leads" or some other nonsense. Lots of siblings, children of higher-ups working there. The CEO's child works there as does the CFO's wife.

Pros

Open & inviting office atmosphere, newly renovated.

Cons

Working at FP has been an interesting experience, to say the least. While there are some positive aspects of the work itself, such as a decent team and the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, the influence of nepotism in the company is very apparent. It often feels like certain individuals are given preferential treatment based on personal relationships, rather than merit, which can be frustrating for those of us striving to advance our own abilities and hard work. This can lead to a lack of transparency in decision-making, and at times, it feels like opportunities for growth or recognition are not evenly distributed.

Don't stay here long

Pros

I've made a lot of friends here, most of my coworkers are friendly, talented people that I really enjoy working with.

Cons

Consensus among employees is that FP is a stepping stone - a good opportunity to gain experience/skills, but don't expect to stay long term. Low pay across all positions, few opportunities for growth. Take what you can and move on.
