      Still a fairly new company, and with that being the case, there are a lot of systems and processes that just aren't well established yet.

      Really good design. Contractors love building it. Employees get stock in the company.

      Cons

      Many layoffs in the last couple years. Very small severance packages. The stock price has been very low for a few years.
