Pros
- Amazing culture (has a strong mission to support FQHC clients) - Great benefits (automatic 401k contribution, 100% healthcare coverage, sabbatical after 5 years) - Vision-oriented leaders
Cons
While not necessarily a con, coming from healthcare companies where there is almost a 'panic culture' to meet deliverables, there is definitely a cultural shift here. I would say to be prepared for a different experience at Facktor, as this is an extremely efficient firm that operates very thoroughly.
