      Flexible Schedule, though expect to work weekends.

      Cons

      Training is given to you in a binder, outsourced. The salary is not livable even with a commission structure in place. Very unprofessional when talking to employees, feels like there is no regard - why turnover is so high. Short staff with not enough in the budget to hire adequately- employee(s) have not been able to take time off.
