      Pros

      You will have the ability to fine tune your problem solving skills as the company is abound with issues.

      Cons

      Leadership lacks the ability to understand or manage their own and others emotions. Employees are pitted against each other. Diversity is not appreciated. This company is high stress and low reward. If you can make it past a year then you beat the odds.

      Pros

      There's popcorn in the kitchen and sodas in the fridge. You won't have to see your family very much.

      Cons

      Very negative environment. Everyone always thinks they're about to be fired. It's a fall-guy culture. A problem can exist for years, but they'll pick a person and fire them for it, and if that doesn't make the problem magically go away then they'll do it again. When recruiting, they really sell the opportunity and the connections you can make here, but it's a joke. You won't learn anything new, make any connections, or feel valued at all. You'll work a ton of overtime until they're tired of you then you'll be fired. Just keep looking.

      Terrible culture, driven by fear. Mandatory overtime with little reward. Poor management across the board. Keep looking
