Pros
Fast Forward is a very small company - employees wear a lot of hats which makes it a great place to gain experience, especially early in your career. It is a close knit team and everyone works incredibly hard. Lots of room for growth and a really fun industry.
Cons
OT is not uncommon, but that's not unusual for the events industry.

I worked here for a year as an intern before moving to a large agency. The culture is absolutely amazing and I highly recommend it to anyone considering an internship in the PR/Marketing industry. They taught me all the basics and were so supportive, plus working on the wine and food fest is a blast! Great work life balance as well.
Cons
Not as many connections than if you worked at a huge agency but gives such a solid foundation none the less.
