Pros

In demand products, hard working team on the road, great sales team bringing interesting projects to the table. Intelligent team who overcomes the set up for failure they are placed in.

Cons

They say “sharing is caring” but they don’t want o hear what the US team has to share. Very poor training, it’s more of a sink or swim mentality. High turnover due to lack of support of people on the road. Very negative interactions accounting regarding anything and everything. Lack of leadership from President for anything other than lip service to issues. Key employees leaving.

This company is by far the most poorly managed, belittling, slanderous company that I have ever worked for. There were unspoken "cliques" that chose to demean other coworkers on a daily basis. I was specifically targeted with demeaning comments and insults DAILY based on my clothing, my hair style, my size, and any other feature that they could find to make an assumption about my sexual orientation. I put up with this for quite some time before finally filing a report to the HR rep, who happened to be one of the insulters. Shortly after this report, I was fired under the excuse of "we are trying to cut back". It was blatantly obvious that i was fired because certain employees didn't care for me, not because of my work performance or seniority. If you make a simple and honest mistake, you are not taught how to avoid in that mistake in the future, but rather reprimanded and belittled. There is ZERO positive reinforcement, or mental/emotional support given. This company will drain you of emotions, and make your daily drive to work feel like misery, literally. Within my two years there, i noticed that there was virtually no room to move up and progress in the company. I made several attempts to fill positions that were open and needed, with plenty of experience under my belt, and I was denied all of them. Many of my coworkers had the same thing happen to them as well. I could write a novel full of reasons that you would regret working there. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.
