Pros

WFH, great coworkers, decent benefits

Cons

This is your run-of-the-mill staffing company that appears to be failing. They've been laying people off in droves since mid-2024 and it keeps getting worse. You will never get a raise. You will never get a promotion. You will never have job security. They will tell you that you have 2 weeks of "on deck" time between contracts, during which your project manager will help you secure another one. This might have been how they did things at one point, but not anymore. When your contract ends, that's it. Fearless will let you go, and that 2 weeks becomes your severance package. They also love to talk about their alumni program, which also doesn't actually exist. Nobody gets rehired at Fearless. Once you're out, you're out. Also, don't count on any of your contracts to provide extensions or hire you. Most have policies in place that prevent Fearless contractors from seeking employment through them for up to a year or longer.
