I have been working at Fermilab full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Very positive environment for employees. Good benefits, telecommuting and flexible hours for some employees, pay is fairly competitive for a non-profit.

    Advice to Management

Do more to manage the workforce and create career paths for employees. The culture is stagnant.
