Poor work life balance encouraged, including having employees work several weekends in a row or in the middle of the night. Project deadlines communicated at the last minute with no clear priority. Employees pushed beyond their physical capabilities in order to meet infeasible deadlines. Employees fired and hired quickly, no sense of job security. No effort made for any team bonding or growth outside of work - often interrupt employee lunches to have an impromptu meeting.
