      Great benefits, company culture and some travel opportunities

      Cons

      Due to it still growing and figuring it self out, it did not handle rapid growth effectively. Current management does not know how to training or coach effectively.

      Pros

      They have a great overall culture: team oriented, unlimited PTO, fun company experiences, flex location and more. It’s refreshing to sell a solution that actually makes life easier for businesses.

      Cons

      Not super competitive pay. As the company grows, it loses a bit of flexibility - to be expected with growth, but still a bummer.
