      Pros

      Immediate team were nice good hearted people.

      Cons

      Lack of direction. There is simply no marketing plan in place for the sales teams success. It's on a downfall tremendously with revenue and everyone is grasping for straws to try and save what's left. The product is lacking in major feature functionality in comparison to competitors and its hard in 2022 to sell SAAS with it being 100% outbound lead generation. Miracles don't happen overnight and without proper planning or at least proper marketing strategies failure is the only option.

      Pros

      My immediate supervisor and team were great to work with. Very collaborative and just good people. Good benefits and work/life balance, even in a remote role.

      Cons

      CEO is a numbers guy, so if the numbers aren't there you won't be either. We had to generate our own leads because there weren't many leads coming from Marketing.

      * Lack of leadership and overall company vision and direction * Lots of drama and gossip, much of it facilitated by the CEO * No room for internal growth or advancement * Staff culture efforts are non-existent * Low wages compared to the market
