Interesting work, genuinely impressed so far

Pros

The leadership actually knows what they're doing and they're not just trying to keep the lights on — they have a real vision for where this place is going and the competence to back it up. The work is genuinely interesting. This shop isn't just running the same parts day after day — there's real variety and the problems you're solving actually keep you engaged. The team is solid, people take pride in the work, Pay is competitive and the benefits are solid — they're not cutting corners there either.

Cons

High expectations — but that's why it works

Pros

The work is legit — flight hardware for space and defense, not filler jobs. Good equipment, small team that actually talks to each other, and leadership that's invested in growing the company not just squeezing margin. You'll learn fast here.

Cons

It's a lot. The pace is intense and things change quickly as the company grows. If you need everything perfectly documented and dialed before you start, you're going to be frustrated. Aerospace quality standards add another layer of pressure on top of that.
