- Friendly colleagues - If you just want to work 9-17 without to much fuss - this is a great place

- Management layer not interested in people - only in deliveries - Management drives a heavy top-down approach on initiatives - Management believes in silo approach - people from different areas shouldn't just reach out and talk about problems and possible solutions

Flexible work hours and good team with lots to learn. Good starting step in the industry.

Cons
