      Pros

      It was a good place to work. Very agile.

      Cons

      Once the company was bought by ION, the culture changed. It was not as good anymore. Business went down. Number of employees went down.

      Pros

      Coworkers are extremely personable and helpful, you can always find someone who is willing to sit down and work with you to understand a problem.

      Cons

      Loss of some staff after the acquisition by ION years ago seems to have a lasting impact in terms of number of employees and loss of first-hand knowledge in some areas.

      Very talented people to work with. Changing jobs and never get bored. A company let you grow and learn.

      Cons

      Many staff changes and department restructuring since been acquired by ION Trading. Had a lay off in 2015
