Cons
Shop supplies are not seen as necessary which results in everyone stealing things from each other because hardly anything is provided. Work conditions are extremely crowded and you constantly have to fight for space. Raises are only considered once a year and it is extremely difficult to get one.

Salary was high, but probably because the owner knows how corrupt he is and uses money to get people to stay and hide his secrets.
Cons
The Owner! The owner is a full blown narcissist. He talked down to employees with name calling and showed his disapproval of people’s work through immature reactions like storming off, instead of training. He is a womanizer. He avoids contact with subs that he owes money to and makes the project managers deal with it.
