Cons

No job security, Not employee friendly, very poor management. Seems like UK team is client and indian employees treated as servants. No work life balance. Sometimes you will be forced to work more than 12 hours

Has recently been taken over by vulture capitalists who care nothing about the company or its staff but rather are just interested in maximising their short term profit. Long term career prospects are uncertain because of this.
