* Favouritism towards certain employees due to personal relationships *The leadership team tends to promote individuals based on personal relationships rather than merit. *The HR team in Romania are clueless, more concerned about making friends than delivering on work. *Could not keep up with expanding as a global company, as the senior leadership team could not grasp different ways of working in locations other than Romania.
