Management is terrible, and creates a very toxic work environment. As a young professional, I found the administration to be terribly harmful examples of how to conduct yourself in the workplace. There is a complete discourse between corporate and facility management, consistently creating chaos and distrust. Many employees felt at risk of losing their jobs, and I saw many clients and employees let go for very trivial reasons. When more serious offenses occurred, it often to weeks to implement change or discipline, if at all. I did not stay with this corporation for long, and would highly recommend searching elsewhere for employment.

Working with felons who at times were disrespectful and tried to intimidation. Need to be firm and consistent with care plans and consequences.

Super high turnover rate lack of communication between management and staff No room for growth You won't get noticed for doing your job correctly or doing it well I do know that the health insurance for full timers costs nearly half a pay check

The people I worked with were awesome. It was also pretty hard to get fired. Above average amount of vacation time (but constantly short staffed so it feels like you can't use it)
