      Pros

      Great group of people, always willing to learn, answer questions, and help each other out. Really, actually have their client's best interests at heart, but also know how to run a business.

      Cons

      Nothing comes to mind - only con is really that there are a lot of small clients, so a lot of switching between work/clients/etc.
