      Great pay and learning opportunities with some training gaps

      - They invest in an environment of continuous learning. - I was very happy with my pay and work/life balance. - They encourage to volunteer/ give back to their community. - They are flexible with the schedule.

      - There were times when I felt I did not get adequate training to do my job effectively.

      Pros

      -flexible hours -good chance to learn iam related apps -lots of pto

      Cons

      -many applications are very old and stale -barely any automation, lots of manual dexterity.. not a bad thing but makes but tedious to the extreme -manager at the time wasnt as professional in iam as they should have been -teamwork is just barely there, completely silo'd other then that -false promises -team doesn't coordinate together well at all -employees who aren't interested in a tech oriented role, just doing the job to get a paycheck -zero security awareness
