      Snacks & refreshments available which are stocked weekly

      Cons

      Poor pay for an excessive workload. Training is inadequate, yet expectations are unrealistically high from the start. Performance meetings are demoralising and focus on criticism rather than providing any meaningful support or coaching. The workplace culture is toxic, with bullying behaviour from both management and staff going unchecked. Progression feels based on favouritism rather than ability or hard work, making it difficult to see any fair opportunities to advance. Overall, not a company I would recommend.

      Everything, don't get me started!!! Worst management I've ever seen, below minimum wage salaries, and not having refreshments, with no clear tasks while working.

      Too many to list at this point. Salaries are way below market value, only people in senior/ management positions get opportunities, it’s all about head office visibility, you don’t stand a chance if you’re based elsewhere! New CEO was supposed to make improvements but it only gets worse.
