      Pros

      Profit sharing in your 401k is good after the first year. They have a decent PTO policy.

      Cons

      Good luck using your PTO because all the branches are understaffed. If you're not a white man, you won't be paid well or valued. Upper management is protected, while all other employees are seen as expendable. The training is almost non-existent because budgets aren't approved to actually create a real training department or program.

      Small bank so not much business, very slow peaceful days

      Cons

      Drama filled. Managers all gossip on the phone about any and everybody. Entire company is like a bunch of teenage high schoolers
