      No Pros, Management is just a bunch of bullies, This company does not even deserve a one star rating. Don't waste your time working here. Pay is horrible, medical benefits have a very high deductible and are a joke. The only reason I work here is to get my bills paid. As soon as something else comes up I am out of here.......

      Nobody wants to help you out and shuts you up if you come up with a better and quicker way of doing your job. What a bunch of losers. They are constantly selling the company to other companies, and screwing the employees

      If you kept your head down and did your job, management was too disengaged to ever discipline you.

      Nepotism, coattail riding, and the boys club mentality were rampant throughout the whole company.

      -Remote work was flexible -Pay was dependable -Training effort was admirable from Direct Supervisor

      Cons

      -Very low degree of transferable job skills provided here, everything is designed within their own system and you have very little time to get acquainted before they expect you to perform at high levels. -More of an emphasis on output than personal development, job satisfaction, or autonomy. Prepare to be a cog in a machine rather than an individual, if you like following orders and little human contact then this job is acceptable. Speed of work was valued more than quality of work, which lead to strict deadlines for high workload. -Quick turnaround between training for the job and expectation that you will perform at the job with 100% accuracy & efficiency. -Fixation on you being active at your computer at all times, even during my lunch breaks my supervisor would complain that I was not working.
