There's a severe lack of standardized process and product offerings which leads teams scrambling to fulfill what's sold. The number of manual processes and spreadsheets is appalling and increases as Sales and Marketing come up with new creative ideas to close deals. The application also does not provide its core functionality of asset tracking and there's not focus on building or buying that feature. In addition, the leadership team is very toxically positive. They were constantly telling us how great Firstbase was, even when it was clear that there were major problems. This made it difficult to raise concerns or get help when we needed it. There were also constant changes within the leadership team and every time a near leader came in all focus was put on them and how they would turn the ship around.
