Pros

- Hybrid arrangement - Experience on Headhunting

Cons

If you're passionate about Recruiting but have no Sales skills, think again because this job really requires you to be a Salesperson. Very demanding and micromanaging too, they would keep asking you to give the candidates no matter what the situation is, even though you're just starting. No tools provided either.

Pros

- Knowledge of various job roles across industries

Cons

- The work is more like 85% sales and 15% recruiting - Remote work feels like a trap; 24 hours never seem enough to meet targets, zero work-life balance. - Very high turnover rate. - Employees are gaslighted into thinking the company goes above and beyond, when it’s only meeting basic regulatory requirements/bare minimum. - High pressure and unrealistic expectations with NO tools or support provided - Kind of micromanagement. They expect you to be available 24/7 - No proper office setup when WFO

Pros

hybrid working but mostly from home, okay salary,

Cons

PLEASE DONT WORK HERE. No tools given for this job, pay everything by yourself, and if you cant find candidate then you have to work overtime even though its not your fault, no clear career growth.
