Reasonable compensation and work hours flexibility. My personal manager is good to work for.

Cons

In my opinion, the current leadership is making many ill advised decisions, and is not taking responsibility when things do not go the way they intended. They are constantly looking for scape goats, which is resulting in a lack of trust among the employees for upper level management. They have also been either letting some of their best, longest tenured people go, or they are leaving on their own accord.

Compensation is attractive, but misleading

Cons

No direction from CEO on down, extraordinarily poor business decisions, extremely unqualified personnel in leadership positions, franchise network has extremely poor reputation with the insurance industry in the US, no efforts or understanding from leader leadership to fix problems, zero coaching, excellent performance not rewarded, performing employees go on rewarded while politics range supreme at this organization

I had a supportive manager and great work-life balance

Cons

I started considering looking for a new job after a full RTO was announced, and I became serious about it after the company laid off over 20 people, but sent out a communication that it was "restructuring" and then announced record profits. That isn't a "Family" (one of their core values) I want to be a member of.
