Pros
Leadership is highly visible… mostly through random calls from a CEO in another country who has little understanding of your daily work. It’s a masterclass in remote micromanagement
Cons
Company is going down the gutter I never thought I’d say this, but things have taken a serious turn for the worse. The recent push to force everyone back into the office shows just how disconnected leadership has become from the reality of today’s workforce. There’s zero flexibility, no listening, and no understanding of what actually motivates employees anymore. The new CEO feels completely out of touch with what’s happening on the ground. Living in another country and dialing into endless calls to micromanage teams without any real context or understanding is frustrating and exhausting. It’s hard to take direction from someone who clearly has no clue about day-to-day challenges or the culture that used to make this place great. Morale is dropping fast, people are looking to leave , and leadership seems more focused on control than trust. Unless something changes soon, this company is heading in the wrong direction.
