Great team and company to work for from a culture and opportunity perspective. Very few companies offer the benefits packages that FloQast does which is a huge plus. Most people you are working around are very motivated/talented while still being collaborative and helpful. If you are dedicated and put the work in there is a great opportunity to grow your career.
Cons
Like any company, especially a high-growth one like FloQast, there are always things to improve upon in terms of communication across teams, standardization of processes, alignment of goals, etc. Management takes these things into account and addresses them with the betterment of the employees and company in mind - thing does mean there are changes that happen every so often. Adaptability is a key attribute you have to have to be successful here. The expectations for management and individual contributors are high here, and you will be rewarded for meeting those expectations. FloQast isn't necessarily a place where you can skate by under the radar - which in turn means it won't be a fit for every single person.

Pros
There are so many pros to FloQast I don’t know where to start. The company truly cares about its employees. Our benefits package is incredible and they are constantly adding to it based on employee feedback. Just a phenomenal HR team. The people here are authentic, hardworking, kind, driven, and a lot fun. I’ve made wonderful friendships and always feel supported and respected in what I’m doing. The product is awesome and the continued growth over the years is so exciting. It has allowed endless opportunities. I have grown immensely in my career and there is tons of room for advancement. You have to work hard, but everyone works hard, which is inspiring and motivating to be your best. Work/life balance is a huge pro. FloQast is understanding of families/working parents and wants you to also prioritize what you care about outside of work. Better than any other company I’ve worked for.
Cons
It's hard to write cons because I genuinely enjoy the company. Having 401k matching would be great but they compensate their employees to make up for it!

Cool product, nice people. Fully remote roles for the most part.
Cons
FloQast raised $100M at the peak of the SaaS bubble and the employees are paying for it now. Almost all departments are running hyper lean, causing burn out and low morale. The pay raises in 2023 were pathetic and almost insulting. The company needs to figure out how to make the work environment sustainable, because cracks are beginning to show

Pros
Floqast truly cares about their employees and stress a work life balance. Some of my busiest days pale in comparison to previous companies I have worked at which have included public accounting, and public companies. My work feels impactful and like the Company cares about mine, and employees inputs overall. There is a lot of room for growth in both my role and department and the Company as well. The benefits and competitive salary is also something that is very unique.
Cons
I cannot think of any major cons, I would like a little more transparency of the direction and what Floqast’s end goal is and IPO. One thing too is that I think a 401k match should be something management really starts to ponder in the coming year as I think this is the only major area they lack in terms of competitiveness in the market with other companies.

The leadership team is transparent with objectives and has a clear vision and pragmatic focus on growing the company in a sustainable way. Our leadership team is not only fostering the success of the company as a whole but also for us as employees as well. They genuinely care for your growth, both professionally and personally. The benefits that come from working here are above and beyond the monetary rewards that I receive. I wake up every morning looking forward to going to work. Good pay, benefits, perks, peers, and work/life balance, The great people of FloQast frankly make the company!

Pros
Making accountant's lives better is real. Most of the sellers and account management team here are ex-accountants and they have empathy and enthusiasm for the problems FloQast solves. It's fun to be at a place where customers love the product and the company is committed to getting better every day.
Cons
Keeping up with the pace can be a challenge for some.
