    Great work/life balance with good PTO package, off all major holidays and evenings, great salary, good work environment.

    Most of the people are good to work with

    Cons

    No raises in 5 years and then get .50, only promotions are thru buddy system if you don’t brown nose you won’t move up regardless of your work.

    Longstanding company with good brand recognition. Benefits are good, people are great, and I truly feel like my manager cares about me.

    Very busy but that is what I prefer.
