The good part is they’ve got a free Arabic breakfast every Thursday, and they keep improving/renovating the office.
Cons
There’s no clear organizational hierarchy, and many staff members lack sufficient experience while maintaining close ties to top management. As a result, performance gaps are often overlooked, and a small group of high-performing engineers carries most of the workload leading to severe burnout and extended unpaid hours. In addition, salaries are sometimes delayed, and the company has reportedly faced banking issues tied to financial instability. Due to chaotic work environment there is a high turnover of competent staff that further contributed to company stagnation and reduced overall performance.
