      This company has a great culture! Everyone is friendly and fun. I don't think any employee could say a single negative thing about it.

      Very high expectations of staff without providing great benefits or compensations to align with that.

      Pros

      The culture is by far the best part of working here. Most employees would agree that the environment is welcoming, supportive, and fun, while still maintaining professionalism. The office has a lighthearted, relaxed atmosphere that makes it enjoyable to come to work each day. There’s also a high level of autonomy. Employees are encouraged to bring new ideas forward, create SOPs, and develop strategies that move the business forward. You’re trusted with accountability for your role and results, and while there’s structure where it’s needed, there’s also flexibility in how you approach your work.

      Cons

      Compensation is not always aligned with market averages, especially for non-leadership roles. Because the company is still relatively young and growing, higher salary expectations may be harder to meet unless you’re coming in with leadership-level experience. Additionally, with the current organizational structure, opportunities for career advancement can feel limited at times.
